§ 54-137. Restriction on operation of motor-driven vehicles.

Wherever in the city motor-driven vehicles are prohibited from the use of trails, paths, roadways or otherwise, such prohibition shall apply to automobiles, trucks, buses, vans, jeeps, motorcycles, motorscooters, motor-driven cycles, motorized bicycles and any and all other motorized vehicles, regardless of whether these vehicles are propelled by human or motor power.
