§ 54-98. Manual and specifications for traffic-control devices.

All traffic-control devices shall conform as nearly as the city traffic engineer shall deem practical to the requirements and recommendations contained in the Colorado Uniform Traffic Control Devices Manual and the Manual On Uniform Traffic Control Devices prepared by the National Joint Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
