§ 55-102. Articles purchased to be held ten days before sale.

It shall be unlawful for any licensee to expose for sale, or sell, or dispose of any bicycle, or bicycle frame or bicycle part or bicycle accessory within ten (10) days of the time of purchasing the same. A tag furnished by the chief of police, at a nominal cost, shall be placed on the bicycle, bicycle frame or bicycle part, or bicycle accessory, thus to remain for a period of ten (10) days before the sale thereof.
