§ 55-101. Record book to be kept.

  • At the time of the receipt and also at the time of the delivery of any bicycle, or bicycle part, or bicycle accessory, or bicycle frame, every licensee under this article shall legibly enter in ink in a record book, furnished by the chief of police at a nominal cost, the date, day and hour, of such receipt or delivery, together with an accurate description of such bicycle or bicycle part, or bicycle accessory or bicycle frame, including the license number and the manufacturer, and the name, address and age of the person leaving or receiving the same.
