§ 54-672. Definitions.

Words and phrases used in this article shall have the following meanings ascribed to them:

(a)

Director means the director of excise and licenses for the city.

(b)

Ice cream truck means any vehicle from which ice cream, frozen milk, frozen dairy or ice confection products are sold or offered for sale.

(c)

Vehicle means every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon the public streets, irrespective of the source from which the power to propel the vehicle may come, and irrespective of the number of wheels of the vehicle.
