§ 54-673. Exceptions.

(a)

The provisions of this article shall not apply to the vending of food, food products, or beverages by any person doing business under a permit issued pursuant to the provisions of divisions 6.5 or 7 of article XIV of chapter 49.

(b)

The provisions of this article shall not apply to the delivery of any products to a dwelling as the result of a prior order made by the occupant of any dwelling, nor shall it apply to the delivery vehicles of licensed businesses making deliveries upon order to the occupants of dwellings within the city.
