§ 53-363. Judge to compel attendance.

  • Any judge of the district court of the second judicial district of the state, either in term time or vacation, upon the application of the manager of finance, may compel the attendance of witnesses, the production of books, papers, records or memoranda and the giving of testimony before the manager, by citation or capias, for contempt or otherwise, in the same manner as production of evidence may be compelled before the court.
