  • All subpoenas issued under the terms of this article may be served by any person aged eighteen (18) years or older. The fees of witnesses for attendance and travel shall be the same as the fees of witnesses before the district courts of the state, such fees to be paid when the witness is excused from further attendance. When a witness is subpoenaed at the instance of any party other than the manager of finance to any such proceeding, the manager may require that the cost of service of the subpoena and the fee of the witness be borne by the party at whose instance the witness is summoned.
