§ 51-7. Compliance with rules, regulations, and orders.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate rules and regulations adopted as provided for in this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate a verbal or written order of the manager or to fail to comply with a written order within the time period stated in the order.
