§ 51-6. Plans and specifications.

Detailed plans and specifications for the construction, remodeling, or modification of any swimming pool and the operation thereof shall be submitted to the manager of public works. No construction work shall commence until such plans and specifications have been approved by the manager of public works with respect to the rules and regulations adopted by the board of public health and environment.
