§ 49-550.2. Application for permit.
An application for a permit hereunder shall include but not be limited to the following information:
(1)
Name and address of applicant.
(2)
A description of the container or containers to be used.
(3)
The location for which application for a permit is made; provided, that such location shall not be within two hundred (200) feet of a flower shop with a direct entrance on the sidewalk; except as may be permitted under the provisions of section 49-550.3. The distance from a flower shop shall be measured along a continuous sidewalk but not crossing any street.
(4)
No application shall be approved for a location within any zone district other than B-2, B-3, B-4, B-5, B-7, B-8, B-A-2, B-A-3, B-A-4, R-5 and O-1.
