§ 49-550.1. Eligibility.

The manager of public works or his designated representative may issue to any person a permit to occupy the public right-of-way outside the roadway for the purpose of vending flowers at a location outside the general business district, as defined herein, approved by said manager or representative; however, once such a permit has been issued and remains in effect for a given location, no other person may be issued such a permit for the same location.
