§ 49-536. Permits.

(a)

Permits will be issued annually under this division and may be revoked without cause or written notification to the permittee.

(b)

The manager of public works is authorized to propose to the council, from time to time, rules and regulations relating to the fees for permits for street furniture, issued under this division; provided, that no such rules and regulations shall be adopted by the manager of public works or take effect, nor shall the fees proposed thereunder be established, unless the same are approved by ordinance.
