§ 49-535. Maintenance and repair.

Latest version.

The permittee shall maintain all miscellaneous street furniture in a safe and clean condition at all times. Damaged or disfigured miscellaneous street furniture shall be repaired or replaced immediately upon notification or discovery of such damage or disfigurement.
