§ 48-33. Collection and disposition.

Owners, tenants, operators and keepers of premises where commercial garbage is produced or accumulates, shall store such garbage in covered watertight containers, or where mixed with solid trash, shall cause such garbage to be drained of liquid and placed in paper or plastic bags, and shall cause such garbage to be removed and disposed of at least twice in each week from the premises by haulers licensed under article V of this chapter.
