§ 48-34. Rules and regulations.

The manager of public works shall be empowered to prescribe such rules and regulations as the manager may deem proper not inconsistent with the Charter and ordinances, to govern the manner and time for the collection, removal and disposition of commercial garbage. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate a rule or regulation adopted by the manager pursuant to this section.
