§ 45-68. Dealing with minors prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person licensed as a secondhand dealer, automobile parts recycler, or junk dealer, or his employees, agents or servants, to purchase from any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years, except that junk dealer licensees may purchase old rags and waste paper from minors under the age of eighteen (18) years.
