§ 45-69. Dealers to exhibit goods to police.

Every secondhand dealer, automobile parts recycler, or junk dealer or operator of a junk wagon who shall receive or be in possession of any goods or articles which may have been lost or stolen, or are alleged or supposed to have been lost or stolen, shall forthwith exhibit the same to any member of the Denver Police Department upon demand.
