§ 43-2. Same—Limits.

It shall be unlawful for any person, company, corporation, trustee or receiver, or their agents, servants or employees, to operate or run within the limits of the city railroad trains, engines or cars at any speed greater than the rates herein named as follows:

	Passenger Trains	Freight Trains and Disconnected Engines
District no. 1	25	20 Miles per hour
District no. 2	30	25 Miles per hour
District no. 3	35	30 Miles per hour
District no. 4	25	20 Miles per hour
District no. 5	25	20 Miles per hour
District no. 6	25	20 Miles per hour
District no. 7	35	30 Miles per hour
