§ 39-133. Preparation of an ordinance.
Latest version.
Either after reviewing the recommendation of the board, or on their own initiative, the manager or a member of council may, at any time, prepare a bill for an ordinance allowing a compatible nonpark use in a qualifying structure for submission to the city council. Such bill for an ordinance may contain conditions or limitations which will limit the impacts of a use on the park.
