§ 34-70. Grant of authority for seizure by booting.

The Denver Department of Human Services, Child Support Enforcement Division (hereinafter referred to as the child support enforcement division) is authorized to implement a writ of execution for the seizure by booting and possible sale of motor vehicles for nonpayment of child-support, and to adopt policies and procedures for the implementation of this article, consistent with the authority described in C.R.S. 13-52-102 (as amended) and C.R.S. 14-10-122 (as amended).
