§ 2-231. Term of commissioners.
(a)
The members of the city-school coordinating commission shall serve for a period of three (3) years. Members duly appointed and serving on the previous commission on the effective date hereof shall continue to hold their positions on the commission for the respective terms of their appointments. The second city council member and the second board of education member whose positions are created herein, shall be appointed for their initial three-year term in 1978. All of such three-year terms shall continue to be staggered.
(b)
Commissioners may be reappointed for successive terms.
