§ 14-9. Deputy and assistant clerks.

Deputy and assistant clerks of the county court appointed by the presiding judge of the court shall have such authority to exercise such of the functions, powers and duties of the chief clerk as shall be prescribed in the rules and regulations for conducting the business of the court made and adopted by the presiding judge with the concurrence of a majority of the judges of the court.
