§ 14-10. Fees for civil actions.

(a)

Fees and surcharges shall be collected by the county court in such amounts as shall be established by state statute for county court civil actions.

(b)

It is the duty of the clerk of the court on each court day to report and pay to the manager of finance all fee revenue received under this section during the preceding court day. All fee revenue shall be credited to the city's general fund; provided, however, that a portion of the revenue derived from such fees may be transferred to the State of Colorado subject to and in accordance with an intergovernmental agreement to be entered with the Judicial Department of the State of Colorado.
