§ 6.1.1. Attorney of the City and County of Denver.

The Attorney of the City and County of Denver shall be the officer in full charge and control of the Department of Law. The City Attorney shall be an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and shall have a minimum of five years' experience in the active practice of law. The City Attorney shall be the appointing authority for all employees of the Department of Law.
