§ 6.1.1. Attorney of the City and County of Denver.

  • The Attorney of the City and County of Denver shall be the officer in full charge and control of the Department of Law. The City Attorney shall be an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in the State of Colorado and shall have a minimum of five years' experience in the active practice of law. The City Attorney shall be the appointing authority for all employees of the Department of Law.
