§ 9-13. Application for auctioneer license.
(a)
All applications for an auctioneer's license shall be made to the director of excise and licenses and shall contain such information as may be required from time to time by the director of excise and licenses touching upon the character and qualifications of the applicant. Each such application shall contain, among other things, the name and residence address of the applicant, the location and name of the auction house such applicant conducts or where the applicant may be employed; and a full record of the previous engagement or employment of the applicant in the business of conducting auction sales.
(b)
Every application shall be supported by such evidence as the director of excise and licenses shall require.
