§ 7-107. Registered manager—Present when open to public.

(a)

The licensee shall file with the director a written designation of a person over the age of twenty-one (21) who shall serve as the licensee's registered manager.

(b)

The licensee's registered manager shall be physically present on the licensed premises at all times that the premises are open to public entry or use.
