§ 7-3. General provisions.

(a)

Every license granted under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to all other provisions of the Revised Municipal Code which exist when the license is issued or which are thereafter passed, to the extent said provisions are applicable.

(b)

Every license granted under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to any applicable rules and regulations adopted by the director.

(c)

No license issued, or exemption from licensing granted, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall authorize the licensee or any other person to conduct or operate any amusement which is contrary to the laws of the state or the ordinances or regulations of the city.
