§ 6-315. Fees.

Permit and application fees under this article shall be set by the city council. Until the city council sets a different fee, the annual fee for a cannabis consumption permit shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and the application fee shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
