§ 6-96. Authorization.

The director is authorized, upon petition, to impose a fine in lieu of suspending for fourteen (14) days or less a license for the sale of alcoholic beverages issued by the director pursuant to the Colorado Liquor Code. The procedures and standards for imposing a fine in lieu of suspension shall be governed by the Colorado Liquor Code.
