§ 6-91. Definitions.

  • As used in this article, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

    (1)

    Alcohol beverages shall mean malt, vinous or spirituous liquors, as defined in the Colorado Liquor Code.

    (2)

    Ancillary facility shall mean a permanent, temporary or movable structure located on an optional premises and used to dispense alcoholic beverages.

    (3)

    Director shall mean the director of excise and licenses.

    (4)

    Optional premises shall mean outdoor sports and recreational facilities, as defined in the Colorado Liquor Code, located on or adjacent to a hotel or restaurant licensed to sell or serve alcoholic beverages pursuant to the Colorado Liquor Code and intended for the convenience of guests of the licensed hotel or restaurant or the general public or both.

    (5)

    Optional premises license shall mean a license to sell or serve alcoholic beverages on the optional premises specified in the license.
