§ 6-37. Food and drink prices charged shall not exceed prices on menus.

Menus shall be provided guests on request and shall legibly set forth the price of food or drink available, together with any minimum or cover charge and entertainment or amusement tax payable. No greater charge shall be made for food or drink than that shown on such menu.
