§ 6-14. Fines in lieu of suspension of license.

The director of excise and licenses is authorized, upon petition, to impose a fine in lieu of suspending for fourteen (14) days or less, a license issued by the director pursuant to the Colorado Beer Code. The procedures and standards for imposing a fine in lieu of suspension shall be governed by the Colorado Beer Code.
