§ 6-11. Defined.
Latest version.
The term "fermented malt beverages," as used in this article, shall be construed to mean any beverages obtained by the fermentation of any infusion or decoction of barley, malt, hops or any similar product or any combination thereof in water containing not more than three and two-tenths (3.2) percent alcohol by weight.
