§ 6-2. Special events licenses.

The director of excise and licenses is authorized to approve applications for special event licenses for the sale, by the drink only, of malt beverages or of malt, spirituous or vinous liquors, by nonprofit state corporations of a social, fraternal, patriotic, political or athletic nature. Fees shall be as prescribed in section 32-48.
