§ 55-428. Waiver of licensing requirements for certain events.

(a)

The director may waive the valet location licensing requirements of this article for certain events where:

(1)

The event occurs only once in any 12-month period within the city;

(2)

The event does not exceed sixty (60) days in duration; and

(3)

The event does not have a permanent location within the city.

(b)

Any waiver issued by the director under this section shall be in writing.
