§ 54-729. Longer combination vehicle interstate access.

When an applicant informs the city of CDOT's intention to grant longer combination vehicle (as defined in C.R.S. 42-4-505) access to or from I-25, I-70, I-225, or I-270 to or from a destination in the city, the city traffic engineer has the authority to permit an access route so long as it is reasonable to do so. Permits shall be issued in accordance with regular procedures and schedule of fees.
