§ 54-695. Length of vehicle.

Latest version.

No single vehicle shall exceed a length of forty-five (45) feet extreme overall dimensions, inclusive of front and rear bumpers, except a vehicle used exclusively for the mass transportation of passengers may have a length of sixty (60) feet extreme overall dimensions, inclusive of front and rear bumpers.
