§ 54-693. Unlawful objects attached to motor vehicle.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle upon the streets and highways of the city which has attached thereto any chain, rope, wire or other object or equipment which drags, swings or projects in any manner so as to endanger the person or property of another.
