§ 54-537. Right-of-way at school light.

A pedestrian shall have the right-of-way at any place where a flashing red signal light, or school light is in place during the time such light is in actual operation, whether there be a marked cross-walk or not, and all vehicles approaching such light shall stop and yield the right-of-way during the time the light is in actual operation, to pedestrians crossing the street or roadway, or who are approaching so near thereto as to be endangered.
