§ 54-438. Signs or markings indicating angle parking.
The city traffic engineer shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted and on curbed streets shall indicate the areas where angle parking is permitted by the erection of appropriate signs. Such angle parking shall not be permitted upon any state highway within the city. Angle parking shall not be unlawful on any noncurbed street provided that angle parked vehicles are parked entirely outside of the paved portion of the roadway, or the traffic lanes thereof when defined by limit lines established and denoted by signs or marked on the roadway by the traffic engineer; provided further, that angle parking on noncurbed streets shall be unlawful where prohibited by authorized signs.
