§ 54-416. Leaving door opened into lane of traffic.

It shall be unlawful for any person to leave the door of any vehicle opened into a lane or path of traffic while such vehicle is stopped, standing or parked on any street, roadway or other public way regardless of whether the vehicle is attended or unattended or whether the vehicle is being loaded or unloaded.
