§ 54-255. Duty to erect stop signs.

Whenever the city traffic engineer designates a through street or highway as authorized in section 54-254 it shall be the traffic engineer's duty to place and maintain a reflectorized stop sign or yield sign on each and every street or highway intersecting such through street or highway, or intersecting that portion thereof described and designated as such; except those intersections on the through streets that are signalized.
