§ 54-207. Moving parked vehicles.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to move a vehicle which is stopped, standing or parked on a public roadway without first giving the visible signal as is provided in section 54-210(4) of the intention to do so, and unless, and until such movement can be made with safety and without interfering with other traffic, and without moving such vehicle into the path of approaching vehicles.
