§ 54-125. Clinging to moving vehicles.

Any person riding upon any bicycle, electrical assisted bicycle, EPAMD, low-power scooter, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, skateboard or any other toy vehicle or device shall not attach the same or themselves to any moving motor vehicle and the driver of any motor vehicle shall not knowingly permit any such bicycle, electrical assisted bicycle, EPAMD, low-power scooter, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates or any other toy vehicle to be so attached to the vehicle the person is driving.
