§ 53-344. Administration of article; rules and regulations.

The administration of all provisions of this article is hereby vested in and shall
be exercised by the manager of finance. The manager may delegate the administration
of this article or any part thereof, subject to the limitations of the Charter and
the Code, to duly authorized deputies or agents of the manager or to other departments,
officers or agents of the city as approved by the mayor and the department head involved.
The manager may prescribe forms and rules and regulations in conformity with this
article for the adding of the tax or the equivalent thereof to the purchase price
of an admission, the making of returns, for the ascertainment, assessment and collection
of the tax imposed under this article, and for the proper administration and enforcement
hereof.
