§ 53-146. Required.

Latest version.

No person shall engage in business in the city as defined in section 53-95 of this Code without obtaining the retail sales license or special event retail sales license required by division 2, article II, chapter 53, of the Code and paying the fees and meeting the requirements of section 32-107 of the Code.
