§ 50-22.5. Fees for review of plats.

(a)

Subdivision plat review fees shall be as follows:

(1)

Subdivision plat without a development plan: one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) for one (1) acre of land, plus one hundred dollars ($100.00) per each additional acre or portion thereof in excess of the first acre.

(2)

Subdivision plat with a development plan: five hundred dollars ($500.00) for one (1) acre, plus one hundred dollars ($100.00) per each additional acre or portion thereof in excess of the first acre.

(b)

The maximum fee shall be fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00).

(c)

Such fees are payable to the city planning office at the time of submission of the plat and include the costs of publications in the official newspaper.

(d)

For purposes of calculation of fees, any fraction of an acre shall be rounded up to the nearest whole acre.
