§ 49-556. Unlawful to obstruct water in streets.

It shall be unlawful for any person to stop or obstruct the passage of water in any street, alley, gutter, sewer or culvert in the city except for a concrete and/or asphalt ramp in conjunction with a Hollywood curb, provided that the ramp does not cause a hazard as determined by the manager of public works.
