§ 49-553. Unlawful to deposit refuse in streets and public places.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit in or litter any street, alley or public place with ashes, sod, earth, sand, gravel, any rubbish, waste paper, garbage or other waste material, or any snow or ice removed from private property.
